1. Unzip ultimate-form-builder-lite.zip
1. Upload all the files to the /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-form-builder-lite
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
1. For customizing the plugin's settings, click on Forms option menu in Wordpress left admin menu.
